Accommodation Rules Business Pod Vojtěchem, spol. s.r.o., with its registered office at Amerika 24, Votice, 25901, registered under identification number 19970714 (the company is listed in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 394622), (hereinafter referred to as "Accommodation Provider"), which operates the private Wellness Pod Vojtěchem at Amerika 24, Votice, 25901 (hereinafter referred to as "Wellness Pod Vojtěchem") on one side, and a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as "Ordering Party") ordering accommodation for themselves or other persons (hereinafter "Guests") on the other side, have entered into an accommodation agreement, of which an integral part is the General Terms and Conditions referring to these Accommodation Rules, which the Guests undertake to comply with.
ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Accommodation is provided in the form of private accommodation. During the stay at Wellness Pod Vojtěchem, the Accommodation Provider's staff is not permanently available to Guests, but may be present at Wellness Pod Vojtěchem at certain times to ensure operation and maintenance. In such cases, the privacy and tranquility of Guests will be respected to the maximum extent possible.
Catering is not provided by the Accommodation Provider.
Transport to Wellness Pod Vojtěchem is individual. Parking for motor vehicles is allowed in the covered parking area located at the entrance to Wellness Pod Vojtěchem. It is designed for 2 vehicles with a maximum height of 2.3m and a length of 5.0m (you can comfortably park with a car with a roof box or a van without a roof box).
The Accommodation Provider is not responsible for any theft of vehicles or items in them.
Check-in is possible no earlier than 3:00 PM on the first day of the accommodation period specified in the reservation, unless otherwise agreed.
Check-out must take place no later than 11:00 AM on the last day of the accommodation period specified in the reservation, unless otherwise agreed.
Wellness Pod Vojtěchem can accommodate only Guests who properly register upon arrival according to applicable legal regulations. The accommodated guest is not authorized to allow overnight stays for persons who are not properly registered for accommodation.
The Accommodation Provider is not responsible for items brought into Wellness Pod Vojtěchem by Guests. The Accommodation Provider assumes no liability for damages to the health and property of Guests, or for the theft of items left in freely accessible areas of Wellness Pod Vojtěchem.
BASIC RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ACCOMMODATED GUESTS
Guests have the right to use the spaces designated for accommodation, including common areas and the garden, and to use related services.
Moving furniture, making repairs, and interfering with the electrical system or other installations in the room or common areas are not allowed.
In the Wellness Pod Vojtěchem facility, especially in the rooms, the use of personal electrical appliances is not allowed, except for adapters for laptops and mobile phones, and electrical appliances for personal hygiene (razors, hair dryers, etc.).
Accommodation is allowed for persons not affected by infectious diseases. Guests are obliged to observe valid anti-epidemic regulations in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of Wellness Pod Vojtěchem. Violation of this regulation and smoking in rooms or indoor areas of Wellness Pod Vojtěchem entitles the Accommodation Provider to charge the Ordering Party a contractual penalty of 500 Euros for cleaning the room or space in Wellness Pod Vojtěchem. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
Discarding cigarette butts outside the designated bins in designated areas is strictly prohibited.
Open fire manipulation is strictly prohibited in the indoor areas of Wellness Pod Vojtěchem.
Guests are allowed to use the iron fireplace with a grill plate in the garden for grilling. Moving this fireplace within the Wellness Pod Vojtěchem facility, especially to the wooden terrace, is prohibited. Violation of this regulation entitles the accommodation provider to charge the ordering party a contractual penalty of 5000 EUR.
Within the accommodation at Wellness Pod Vojtěchem, any racist, violent, xenophobic, obscene, or otherwise illegal behavior is not allowed.
The use of Wellness Pod Vojtěchem for political, propaganda, or religious purposes without the consent of the Accommodation Provider is not allowed.
Making any audiovisual recordings from Wellness Pod Vojtěchem for commercial purposes without the consent of the Accommodation Provider is not allowed.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Regular cleaning and maintenance of the wellness area take place between 6:00 - 8:00.
Wellness Pod Vojtěchem is handed over without defects. If a Guest discovers any defects or malfunctions during their stay, it is in their own interest to report this to the Accommodation Provider.
In the event of a gross violation of the Accommodation Rules, the Accommodation Provider has the right to terminate the stay of Guests before the agreed-upon period expires.
KEYS
Upon arrival, Guests will receive two sets of universal keys. The first set includes a universal key that unlocks the entrance to the main living room and the entrance gate. The second set contains only a universal key. Wellness Pod Vojtěchem is secure, but Guests are kindly asked to lock all doors when going for a walk, excursion, or overnight.
In case of loss of the universal key, a fee of 500 CZK will be charged.
CHILDREN
Wellness Pod Vojtěchem is intended primarily for relaxation and rest. From our own experience, we know that even though children are joy and beloved members of the household, one can rarely dedicate time solely to oneself. Therefore, at this moment, we prohibit the stay of children under 15 years of age at Wellness Pod Vojtěchem.
PETS
Accommodation of pets is possible after prior notification to the Accommodation Provider. In the main living room, there is one dog bed and bowls prepared. Pets are not allowed in the interier of the wellness area. It is the Guest's responsibility to clean up after their four-legged companions. The price for accommodation of a pet is 100 CZK/night/pet.
WASTE
Waste sorting is practiced at Wellness Pod Vojtěchem. In the residential area, there are separate containers for municipal waste, plastic, and paper (under the kitchen sink). Guests are requested to empty the garbage cans with disposable bags, which are located under the kitchen sink. For hygienic reasons, Guests are obliged to regularly dispose of municipal waste and, at the end of their stay, take it to the trash bin located in the garage.
APARTMENT
In the main living area, the kitchen is connected to the dining room. There is also a bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet.
KITCHEN
A fully equipped kitchen with appliances (electric hob, oven with grill, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and dishwasher), a drip coffee maker, and all common small household appliances, kitchen utensils, etc., are available. Dishwasher tablets are located under the sink, along with spare bags for waste disposal.
ROOM SERVICE
Beds are freshly made upon arrival. Bathrooms are equipped with towels, bathrobes, wellness slippers, and bath cosmetics. In the wellness area in the basement, you will find bedspreads for the sauna and towels.
LAUNDRY
A washing machine with a dryer is available to guests in the bathroom. Laundry detergent in tablets is located in the bathroom cabinet.
CLEANING
Cleaning is provided after guests' departure, but more frequent cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee upon request. Basic cleaning tools and supplies are available for guests to use for their own minor cleaning. Guests are requested to regularly clean up, especially after their pets.
INTERNET
Free Wi-Fi internet connection throughout the entire property is standard. The password is located next to the main entrance on the bulletin board.
GARDEN
Guests are required to behave considerately towards the greenery in the garden. Entering the flower beds is not allowed.
GRILLING AND FIREPLACE
Wellness Pod Vojtěchem offers an outdoor option for preparing meals, namely a fireplace with a grilling plate. Guests must exercise caution when working with fire and hot objects. Wood and grilling tools are provided according to instructions. Before leaving the fireplace, the fire must be completely extinguished. Storing hot ashes in any indoor space or near flammable objects and plants at Wellness Pod Vojtěchem is strictly prohibited. Cooled ash must be placed in a designated metal container. Starting a fire outside the designated fireplace and moving the fireplace to other than designated areas is strictly forbidden. In particular, moving the fireplace to the wooden terrace is strictly prohibited. Violation of this regulation authorizes the accommodation provider to charge a contractual penalty of 5000 EUR.
APPLIANCE OPERATION
Guests are required to follow the instructions for operating all electrical appliances. Operation manuals are located in the kitchen.
SURROUNDINGS
The nearest restaurant, café, and refreshment facility is the Old World Inn, approximately a 5-minute walk away.
The nearest store is Lidl, located about 3 minutes by car from the E55 exit.
The surrounding area offers many tourist, cycling, and recreational destinations. Notable places include the Monínec area, Konopiště Castle, the Vysoký Chlumec open-air museum, and the legendary Blaník Mountain.
GUEST DEPARTURE
Guests are obliged, before departing on the day of the stay's conclusion, to place all items back in their original places (e.g., kitchen equipment, dishes, etc.), turn off all appliances, switch off all lights, and personally hand over universal keys and the gate controller to the staff. If guests are leaving Wellness Pod Vojtěchem in the early morning hours or if the staff is not present, the keys may be placed in the mailbox located at the entrance after leaving Wellness Pod Vojtěchem and locking all of its entrance doors and gates.
DAMAGES
The ordering party is responsible for any damage caused to the property of the Accommodator by themselves, guests, or other individuals to whom the ordering party or guests have granted access to Wellness Pod Vojtěchem.
The ordering party is liable for all damages caused by themselves, guests, or other individuals to whom the ordering party or guests have granted access to Wellness Pod Vojtěchem, and agrees to cover any costs for repairs, replacements, or special cleaning. The amount of compensation will be determined by the Accommodator.
Any damages (including broken dishes, etc.) must be reported by guests to the staff no later than upon check-out from the accommodation.
