RULES FOR USING THE SAUNA, WHIRLPOOL, AND POOL

Wellness Pod Vojtěchem Amerika 24, Votice, 25901

The entire indoor area of the wellness facility and apartment is strictly non-smoking.

Sauna Preparation

  1. Turn on the sauna and let it heat up. Ensure that there is nothing in the sauna that doesn't belong there, close the door, and switch on the sauna. The sauna is turned on using a black button located outside the sauna on its casing. The sauna is ready (heated) to 90°C in approximately 20 minutes.

Before Sauna Use

  1. Consult with your doctor about the suitability of sauna use before beginning.

  2. Do not enter the sauna on an empty stomach or immediately after eating. Avoid alcohol and smoking before sauna use.

  3. Set aside valuables before entering the sauna. Swimsuits are not suitable for the sauna, as they hinder proper sweating and can harbor bacteria. Remove jewelry, as it may heat up in the hot sauna.

  4. Before entering the sauna, shower, wash with soap, and thoroughly dry yourself.

  5. Towels and sheets are available in a cabinet next to the sauna.

In the Sauna

  1. Settle onto a sheet during sauna use to cover your entire body, including your feet. Choose a position that suits you, either sitting or lying down. Lying down distributes heat more evenly throughout the body; however, sitting may lead to dizziness as hot air tends to rise.

  2. Stay in the sauna for 10-15 minutes, or a shorter duration based on your tolerance.

  3. After sauna use, cool down with a cold shower.

  4. After cooling down, rest and replenish fluids for 15-20 minutes.

  5. The entire sauna cycle can be repeated 2-3 times, with the last cycle being shorter.

After Sauna Use

Immediately turn off the sauna (black button outside the sauna), open the sauna door, wipe the floor toward the shower drain, and open the window to at least the ventilation position.

Whirlpool Preparation

  1. Uncover the thermal cover of the whirlpool, which should be stored on its side when folded. Ensure that there is nothing around the whirlpool that could be bothersome and keep the area around it clean.

  2. Turn on the whirlpool using the control panel located on its frame. The ideal water temperature is around 37°C, to which the whirlpool is preset.

  3. The control panel allows setting various modes using buttons for jets and lights.

Before Using the Whirlpool

  1. Consult with a doctor about the possibility of using the whirlpool, especially if you have any conditions such as skin infections, chlorine allergies, or recent injuries with compromised skin integrity.

  2. Do not use the whirlpool on a full or completely empty stomach. Limit alcohol consumption and do not smoke before using the whirlpool.

  3. Remove jewelry and watches to prevent damage or loss in the whirlpool.

  4. Before entering the whirlpool, shower thoroughly and wash with soap.

In the Whirlpool

  1. Upon entering the whirlpool, find a comfortable place and immerse yourself in the water. Ensure that all parts of your body, including shoulders and feet, are submerged. The bed closer to the pool is more suitable for ladies, while the one farther from the pool is ergonomically better for gentlemen.

  2. One cycle is set for 15 minutes. If you experience dizziness or weakness at any time, exit the whirlpool immediately and take a break on a lounge chair.

  3. Utilize the control elements to adjust the intensity and direction of the water flow.

  4. The whirlpool is a place for relaxation and rest. Please respect the prohibition of any sexual activities in the whirlpool. Sexual activities can significantly impact water hygiene, requiring immediate water and filter replacement. This process is not only time-consuming but also financially costly. Each user is responsible for contamination caused by sexual activities, with subsequent compensation for damages.

After Using the Whirlpool

  1. Turn off the whirlpool, including the lights, and close the thermal cover if available.

  2. Ensure that the area around the whirlpool remains clean.

  3. The small fountain in the corner of the whirlpool, used to maintain water circulation, must be left open to allow water flow.

Pool

  1. Before entering the pool, shower and wash with soap.

  2. Uncover the pool by unrolling the pool cover.

  3. Entry into the pool with open wounds or any infected parts of the body is prohibited.

  4. After using the pool, the client must cover the pool again with the pool cover and wipe the floor toward the shower drain in the vicinity of the pool and open the window to at least the ventilation position.

Thank you for adhering to these rules and cooperating in creating a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
